Last week I was invited by Mrs Laura Mancuso to attend the 2nd Memorial in memory of her husband, the record holder of the free flight Angelo D'Arrigo, who died two years ago.
At the show this year called with an invitation " aprileali and held at the Metropolitan in Catania, was attended by artists and musicians national reputation, and ended with the prize "Angelo D'Arrigo" given to Piero Angela.
I was particularly struck between the images projected during the event describing the exploits of this science of flight, where we saw a Condor in the air give it a shot on that wing of the hang-glider Angelo, like when you give a pat on the back of a friend, reflecting the close relationship built between the two gliders.
The "Fondazione Angelo D'Arrigo" that works to help and bring dignity and comfort to children and less fortunate people, organized the initiative to collect funds aimed at creating a hospital in a country in South America (in the same area has already been achieved in practice a day nursery).
The week before the undersigned had participated all'intitolazione Angelo D'Arrigo of the airfield to the San Biagio, in the town of Calatayud, where the great scientist and internationally renowned ethologist was training with the great birds of prey-
