CHELSEA FC PLC BECOMES A PART OF THE DEBT TO CAPITAL PARTNERS
With press release of February 13, 2009, commenting of the results to 30 June 2008, the site of Chelsea announced the news concerning the conversion to equity of half of the debt to its members amounting to 369.9 million pounds (about 423 million euro).
However, the news is only the sub-holding of the group: "Chelsea FC plc" and not the parent holding the whole group.
