Reminder sent to the lawyers appointed by the Town Council to resist the appeal to the Administrative Court of Catania presented by the Italian Railway Company against the 'Auditors Ordinance no.42 of 29.10. 2007.
With the act in question I have ordered the closure of the street Torrente Zambataro for serious reasons that relate to the absence of the necessary conditions to ensure public safety in the same county road aggravated by the imminent opening of RFI suspender Street that under the railway and joins, precisely, with the Via Torrente Zambataro.
The Italian railway company wants to close the level crossing, leaving the total isolation of the several dozen families who live on the road to Old Tombstone (upstream of the PL). The order for closure of the road has given so the impossibility of carrying out the closure of the articles of human PL and consequently the use of that street which is iimpercorribile for pedestrians and vehicular transport.
